Information for Parents and Fees for 2021

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We would like to inform you that registration of new students for Reception and Standards 1 to 6 are ongoing.
We will conduct the admission tests in batches to ensure Covid 19 protocols are followed. Admission tests will start on Thursday 10th September 2020 and will be conducted every Thursday at 2pm thereafter. Parents who will be bringing children for the tests are required to arrive 15 minutes earlier so that all Covid 19 protocols are observed.
As you are aware the number of Covid 19 cases are increasing and therefore in the event a child or member of staff tests positive for Covid 19 or has been in contact with a suspected/confirmed Covid 19 person, the school will follow the guidelines prescribed by the Covid 19 task team, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Basic Education.
I would also like to request parents/guardians to keep your child at home if a member of your household is contact traced, or being tested or has tested positive and to inform the Principal immediately.
We request parents not to bring/send children to school if they have any flu-like symptoms and/or are feeling unwell.
Keeping in mind the current impact of the Covid 19 pandemic, we would like to assist our parents by alleviating any further financial pressure going into 2021, hence we have decided not to increase the school fees for the academic year 2021. School fees for 2021 will remain the same as this year as shown below.
School Fee 2021
Reception - P5600 per term.
Standard 1 to 6 - P8500 per term.
Standard 7 - P12,750 to be paid in term 1 & 2 only.
